I've had my account since 2018. Never been super popular, never made money off of it, nothing. Recently I was hacked. I managed to get back into my account, but the hacker ALSO still has access to my freaking account. When I try to unlink hacker's phone number and email and put my info in again, it says it's successful, but the email and phone number still say the hacker's. I NEED HELP ASAP!

When you are making a video and that editor bar thing on the side well now it’s on the bottom but what happened? Like it used to be simple to edit on it now you can’t even change the sound length to the video at all idk if it’s a bug mine has but I can’t make videos and I’m starting to loose followers so please fix this thank you.

This is a very great app, but I am starting to have problems with it. To start off the latest problem that I have had is when I try and open the app it says waiting on the app. I am not sure if it’s my phone having difficulties or the app but this has been a problem for a few weeks now. I don’t know if this is relevant, but when I hold on the app it gives me an option to cancel download. I have had this app for over ten months, so I don’t know what it means by cancel download. That is all I have to say, but overall this is a really great app and I would not want it to go anywhere. Thank you for your time.

Ive had tiktok for a while and as ive been there ive seem to have noticed that certain people have the ability to comment photos i think its an update but i keep researching how to get it and nothing seems to work please fox this ASAP!! (I understand yall are busy but fix thiss)

There is so many bot accounts posting and/or reposting soft/hardcore sexual videos all over the place. Ban this app it has ruined everything.

It’s difficult to ignore how effective TikTok is as CCP (Chinese Communist Party) propaganda. Free speech and open access and open source are bedrocks of the internet, but there is no denying how detrimental TikTok is to millions of young Americans today.

TikTok is basically removing content and denying appeals for things typed out that other content creators are able to keep the entire post up. This is very petty and the fact that we have freedom to speech should not hinder us from typing out what was said. Tired of this type of behavior from TikTok .

May every offender be held to the utmost degree by of lay and justice for infringing upon individuals rights and liberties and truth be told to those willing to see and accept it.

there is an ad muting feature that says that ads from that company will be muted for 28 days. there have been several times where ads from intuit, amazon, or l’oréal for example have not only been shown after muting, but there have been several times where i have muted the same brand more than once in a single sitting or a single day, after already verifying that they have been muted the first time.

TikTok currently took away my drafts and there all gone. Also I have live events calendar where my profile views should be. In settings I have profile views but it won’t pop up on my profile because of the live event calendar and there’s no way to take it off.

Not sure if TikTok is actually getting banned or not…but beside that I spend everyday almost every hour on this app I love it.but one problem I do have is where do I find the shop?I dont know why I can’t find it I used to be able t but now it’s just gone same account I’ve been using since last year and the last 3 months I haven’t been able to go on the shop. I dont know why it’s not letting me on it but other then that this app is amazing I recommend!
